The staff will contact you direct by text with your accommodation details of what cabin or tent you are in.

CHECKIN:
Check in to The Woods from 1pm on Thursday 23rd of January. Go to reception or head straight to your accommodation with the code that will be texted to you. Checkin at The Cove from 11am on Saturday 25th January. You can check out some local beach and sites between properties, or head straight to The Cove and checkin - we blocked it from the day before so you can enjoy it all day if you want.

CHECKOUT:
10am for both properties - just lock the door and leave. For The final day checkout at the cove, just pay your food and drinks bill in cash at reception.
​
BREAKFAST:
Breakfast will be provided daily at 8am including fruit, yoghurt, pastries, bacon and egg rolls, cereals, bread, spreads, juice, coffee and more.
​
DINNER:
Each arvo/night we will have a dinner catered and this is $30 per adult and $15 per kid. Pay cash at the cove reception on your last day. We will have take away boxes so you can take left overs into your accommo too.
​
COFFEE:
Barista made coffee is available from the reception shop at both properties from 8-5 daily. You can also get ice blocks, chips and check out some knick knacks.
​
DRINKS:
There will be a cocktail bar from 4pm till late each day to accompany the evening festivities. They will do a few different cocktails each day as well as beers, white wine, red wine, rose and sparkling. All alcoholic drinks are $5 each. They will also have juice, sodas and water which are all free. You can room charge all your drinks and pay in cash on the final day when you pay for food.

BYO:
You can BYO any food or drinks if you want to. All accommodation has cooking facilities and fridges including the glamping at both properties.

COTS:
If you have a baby, toddler or drunk husband and need a cot, we can provide one no probs. Just contact mgmt@thewoodsfarm.com.au and let them know what you need and they will set it up.

DRESS: ​
Whatever you want! Super casual, super dressy - we don't care as long as you have fun! For the long lunch, step it up a notch. For the kids disco and kids festival there will be prizes for best dressed!
​
DIETARIES: ​
All food is either buffet/grazing table style or big share plates. We have options for veg, but if you have any other dietary concerns please email mgmt@thewoodsfarm.com.au and let them know.

SHOPS AND SUPERMARKETS
There is an IGA, bottle shop and chemist 1 minute drive from the woods farm which is a mini supermarket. There is a woolies, chemist, oporto, bottle'o, sushi, bakers delight, and more shops in Vincentia Mall about 10 minute drive from the woods. There is a burger shop, fish and chips, pasta, pizza, Indian, ice cream, lolly shop and more in Huskisson about 12 minutes from the woods. ​

The Cove is 30 minutes min from any shops and you probably dont want to leave once you arrive, so take everything with you!

BEACHES
If you are looking to explore and check out some local sites during the days, we suggest Hyams if you have never been. Or check out some lesser known but just as awesome ones like Greenpatch, Greenfields, Murrays or Nelsons.
​
KIDS FUN
There will be some staff dedicated to kids fun and activities through the trip. They will be doing kids craft, games and more. They are not babysitters and you still need to keep an eye on your kids, but they will help provide entertainment and extra fun.
